** PLEASE NOTE:  There are 3 rental options for this Vacation Rental - Entire Home, Suite 1 and Suite 2 (details for each below).  

Entire Home bookings - 'Suite 1' and 'Suite 2' options will be blocked for booking.

Suite 1 and 2 bookings - Available to book at the same time, separate suites - only driveway and beach is shared.  'Entire Home' option will be blocked for booking.

"ENTIRE HOME" RENTAL OPTION:

In this grand 9 bedroom home, you will find 3 levels, sleeping 21 people comfortably.  

> TOP FLOOR - Big open concept Kitchen/Living/Dining area and 2 bedrooms.  The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.  The 2nd bedroom has a Double bed with a single overhead bunk, and there's a full main 2nd Bathroom on this level as well.  A good sized deck with a BBQ and Patio seating is just off the Kitchen through the patio doors overlooking the Lake!

> MIDDLE FLOOR - You can find another large main area with a big Kitchen/Living/Dining area, great for entertaining with family and friends!  There is 4 bedrooms on this level.  The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a full Bathroom (with tub) just outside this room in the hall, along with a 2nd Bunk room set up with 3 Bunk Beds.  You will find a 3rd Queen Lake View bedroom and a 4th Double Lake View bedroom on this level too.  There's also a main Bathroom (with shower) and a spacious Deck off the Kitchen Patio doors equipped with a BBQ and Patio seating, again overlooking the beautiful Shuswap Lake!

> BOTTOM FLOOR - Acts as a great place for more sleeping accommodations with its 3 extra bedrooms.  There is a Double Lakeview bedroom and 2 more smaller bedrooms with single Beds. There is no plumbing or Bathrooms on this floor, but serves as a perfect spot to gather with your group on those hot days spent outdoors as just outside this level is a deck and beyond that... your private beachfront!  There is a Bar area with fridge just inside the door off the deck that is great to keep snacks and beverages for your beach days!

"SUITE" RENTAL OPTIONS:

"Suite 1"

This listing is for an option to book just one floor of a 3 level home.  This home does have another suite located on the middle floor, which is completely separate and nothing is shared between the 2 suites, except for the driveway and beach area.  This rental "Suite" is located on the TOP FLOOR of the home and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Please note* One of the bedrooms for this top floor rental option, is located on the middle floor, but is separate from the middle floor rental "Suite 2".  Sleeps 11 comfortably, with 1 queen, a double w/ single overhead and a Bunk Room with 3 single bunk beds.  There is also a Laundry Room with guest access.  You will find a very spacious patio right off the big open concept living room/Kitchen, perfect for entertaining with friends and family!  Fully stocked Kitchen with a fridge, stove and dishwasher!  All bedding and everyday consumables provided. 

 **The Dock and Buoy is for guest use but is shared with the other rental suite, so this must be mentioned at the time of booking in order to reserve the buoy for your boat, first come first serve basis.

"Suite 2"

This listing is for an option to book just one floor of a 3 level home.  This home does have another suite located on the top floor, which is completely separate and nothing is shared between the 2 suites, except for the driveway and beach area.  This rental "Suite" is located on the MIDDLE FLOOR of the home and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Please note* One of the bedrooms from the top floor rental is located on this middle floor, but is separate from this middle floor suite.  Sleeps 6 comfortably, with 2 queens and 1 double bed.  There is NO Laundry Room in this suite option (only available to the Top Floor "Suite 1" Rental option).  You will find a very spacious patio right off the big open concept living room/Kitchen, perfect for entertaining with friends and family!  Fully stocked Kitchen with a fridge, stove and dishwasher!  All bedding and everyday consumables provided. 

 **The Dock and Buoy is for guest use but is shared with the other rental suite, so this must be mentioned at the time of booking in order to reserve the buoy for your boat, first come first serve basis.

All bedding, bath towels and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience!  Supplies we provide are BBQ propane, toilet paper, roll of paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, flour, cooking oil, foil, food wrap and some common cooking spices.

Central to many amenities and things to do in the area!  Beaches are everyone's must-have and lucky for you, this property is situated right on the beach!  The Captains Village Marina in Scotch Creek is a short Drive away, where they offer a store, boat slips, boat launch and water rentals.  We are central to many other activities such as Fishing, Celista Winery, Hiking trails, Snowmobiling, ATVing and of course...Shuswap Lake!  Jump on the boat and take a cruise to the Floating store and Pub in the Narrows, a trip to Copper Island or even the Rope Swing!  

SLEDDING - Crowfoot Mountain is one of BCs best kept Sledding destinations!  Beautiful 20sq kilometers of back country riding with amazing views of the Shuswap Valley.  Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft.  This Vacation Rental is less than 10 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging Area!
