Lower floor- 3rd bedroom - queen bed, 4th bedroom - single bunk + double/single bunk beds.
Porch access | attached and heated bedrooms- 5th bedroom - queen bed, 6th bedroom - queen bed.
-3 bathrooms: Master ensuite and full main bath on upper floor, 3rd bathroom on lower floor.

This property offers three booking options:
• The Main House
• The Beach Cabin
• Or both together for a full private retreat
When both spaces are booked together, you’ll have exclusive use of the entire property.
If the Main House and Beach Cabin are rented separately, they function as two distinct stays with their own private areas, with shared waterfront access.

* The beach is large and offers plenty of space for guests from both properties to enjoy comfortably.

Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft. This Vacation Rental is approximately 15 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging Area!
