This spacious property includes a main house and a separate beach cabin, offering comfort, privacy, and flexibility for large groups of up to 20 guests!

MAIN HOUSE:

-6 bedrooms:  Upper floor-  Master bedroom/ensuite and queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed.  Lower floor-  3rd bedroom with queen bed, 4th bedroom with 2 single bunks.  Porch access-  5th bedroom with queen bed, 6th bedroom with queen bed.

-3 bathrooms:  Master ensuite and full main bath on upper floor, 3rd bathroom on lower floor.

-Sleeps up to 14 guests

-Spacious kitchen with a generous island, plus separate dining room —ideal for group meals and gatherings

BEACH CABIN:

-Located right on the beach

-2 bedrooms:  bedroom 1 - queen bed,  bedroom 2 - Double bunk w/ single over, Living rm - single futon + loft sleeping area- queen bed for kids

Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft.  This Vacation Rental is approximately 15 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging Area!
