Properties can be reserved with a deposit of 50% of the rental cost for your chosen dates. This does not include Damage Deposit or Cleaning Fee. Your dates will not be held until the deposit has been received. The second half of your Rental, along with DD and Cleaning Fee is due 30 days before your vacation check-in date.
A refundable Damage Deposit is required for every booking and is due along with the second half of the Rental payment, 30 days prior to your Vacation Check-in date. The deposit is then refunded back with-in 72 hours after check-out.

We accept Payment through EFT Transfer or pay by Credit Card, using the secure Online Payment Processing Company - Stripe.com. *Please note: there is a 2.9% payment processing fee for using Stripe's Credit Card payment service.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival, full amount will be refunded less $150 cancellation fee. The Damage Deposit is always 100% refundable if the booking is canceled before the stay has commenced.
** COVID19 - We understand that these are very uncertain times, and want our guests to have reassurance when booking with us, in the event you may need to cancel. Any stays that need to be cancelled due to new (not current) Covid19 related travel restrictions, such as closures at borders, will receive a full refund less a $150 cancellation Fee. The restriction does not pertain to Travel "Advisory", and is only for travel "bans". There must be physical closures of all main travel routes to your destination. For stays booked far in advance, we require 30 days notice so we have time to fill the dates again, if the restriction was effective prior to the 30 days. If the restriction comes effective within that 30 day period, we will issue a full refund if cancelled within reasonable time to the travel ban announcement. This does not include cancellations due to restrictions that were currently in effect when booking but only includes any NEW restrictions that may be implemented between your booking date and arrival date. Our COVID policy does not include change of mind, or an abundance of caution - only if further restrictions are put in place. The only exception to the refund is we will not be able to refund the Stripe online payment processing fee charged if reservation was paid using Credit Card, as we have been charged that fee to process the payment already. The alternative to this is doing E-transfer as your payment method.
