FEES:  A $250 refundable deposit for Parking Passes/Buoy Tags/Garbage Key, will be applied to all bookings at this property.  This deposit will be refunded after your stay providing all items are left at the rental upon check-out.  This charge will be included as part of the "Fees" on your reservation invoice.  To avoid Credit Card fee, optional payment method is e-transfer - no fees.

Located within Shuswap Lake Resort, on the beautiful Shuswap shores, this condo perfectly meets the needs of families looking to escape the hustle of everyday life to enjoy the relaxed pace and fresh air lakeside living offers, during all four seasons.  The unit offers unobstructed lake views from the main living area, master bedroom, and two decks.  Beautifully manicured grounds lead you to the communal hot tub and pool which are steps away from the sandy beach out front of the resort, where you can spend endless hours taking in the beauty of the scenery at your finger tips.    

This upper unit sleeps 8 people comfortably, with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.  The master bedroom on the upper floor includes an inviting king size bed with its own large private deck with lake and pool views.   Escape to the beautiful ensuite complete with a large bathtub and standalone shower. On the main floor you will find the cozy second bedroom which offers a queen bed and twin bunkbed, perfect for kids and adults alike.  There is a single Day Bed set up just outside the second bedroom in the Foyer, with a single trundle bed below.  The main floor is comprised of laundry, kitchen/dining, living area, and a main bathroom, including a second shower.  The unit is bright and spacious, yet cozy, with high ceilings, and an open concept kitchen/dining and living area.  To enhance comfort, this unit offers A/C for hot summer days, and a gas fireplace for the cooler seasons.  Enjoy the outdoors on the two spacious decks, perfect for grilling, outdoor eating/entertaining and lounging.   

Located beside Shuswap Lake Provincial Park in the heart of Scotch Creek, offering quick, easy access to endless hiking/biking/walking trails, beaches, green space, playgrounds, golf courses, fishing, snowmobiling trails and public boat launch.  A short car, bike ride, or walk away from amenities such as grocery, liquor, pharmacy, and gas – the town of Scotch Creek has everything you will need to make your stay complete.  We are central to many other activities such as a Marina, Celista Winery, Adams River Rafting,  and of course...Shuswap Lake!  Jump on the boat and take a cruise to the Floating store and Pub in the Narrows, a trip to Copper Island or even the Rope Swing!   

The well-stocked kitchen with everyday essentials, and the private laundry to make you feel at home.  A variety of board games, puzzles and books for adults and children in addition to the TV, DVD player and wireless internet, adds a nice touch for indoor entertainment.  All bedding and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience!  Supplies we provide are toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, cooking oil, foil and some common cooking spices.  

The complex has its own locked, gated area for garbage disposal and trailer parking if you're coming with a boat or ATV's. You will find a good sized shared dock off of the beach and 20 Buoy's for guest use, which are on a first come-first serve basis. The local Scotch Creek Provincial Park located next to this Resort has a boat launch for Public use or you can use the launch at Captain's Village Marina just down the road.

SLEDDING - Crowfoot Mountain is one of BCs best kept Sledding destinations!  Beautiful 20sq kilometers of back country riding with amazing views of the Shuswap Valley.  Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft.  This Vacation Rental is about 10 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging area.
