FEES: A $250 refundable deposit for Parking Passes/Buoy Tags/Garbage Key, will be applied to all bookings at this property. This deposit will be refunded after your stay providing all items are left at the rental upon check-out. This charge will be included as part of the "Fees" on your reservation invoice. To avoid Credit Card fee, optional payment method is e-transfer - no fees.
This Resort is your vacation destination awaiting Family and Friends to spend much needed quality time together! Relax on the sandy beach and pool-side, or take a dip in the lake and hot tub at this beautiful gem.
An upper unit, 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Townhouse that sleeps up to 7 comfortably. On the main floor you will find the gorgeous open concept kitchen/dining/living area to enjoy with loved ones. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook a nice meal and A/C is installed for those hot summer days!! The second Bedroom on the main level is set up with a queen bunk bed with a single bed overhead. You will also find on the main level, the main Bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a balcony equipped with a BBQ. The top floor has a lovely king sized bed with its own 4 pc. ensuite Bathroom with a shower and luxurious soaker tub! Grab a cup of joe in the morning and take in the views off the Master Bedroom private balcony. And the best part .... this unit overlooks the pool/hot tub and sandy beachfront with spectacular views of Copper Island and Shuswap Lake!!
All bedding and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience! Supplies we provide are toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, cooking oil, foil and some common cooking spices.

COMPLEX AMENITIES:
The Shuswap Lake Resort is well loved and known for its family oriented and friendly atmosphere. The communal pool is a big hit for kids which has some nice lounging chairs set up around the pool for adults to relax. There is also a communal Hot Tub next to it! This Resort is waterfront which means it has a huge sandy beach with an amazing view of Copper Island. You will find a good sized shared dock off of the beach and 20 Buoy's for guest use, which are on a first come-first serve basis. The complex has its own locked, gated area for garbage disposal and trailer parking if you're coming with a boat or ATV's.
LOCAL AREA AMENITIES:
Central to many amenities and things to do in the area! Beaches are everyone's must-have and lucky for you, this property is situated right along a sandy beachfront! Bring your bikes! ....many of our guests love to take a tour into town, just a couple km's to the townsite. You may also explore the bike paths next door at the Shuswap Lake Provincial Park, or rent some kayaks from the Campground. Captains Village Marina is just a couple kilometers down the road as well, where they offer a store, boat moorage, boat launch and and a variety of watercraft rentals and supplies. The local Scotch Creek Provincial Park also has a boat launch for Public use. There is a great Pub close by - The Scotch Creek Hub, that serves amazing food, Ice cream shack, great service and holds live entertainment events on the weekends in high season. Just next to The Hub is the Shuswap Social District!! Mini Golf, Bowling, Arcade Games, Bikes, Lakeside Pizza, Carnival Food/ drinks and lots of fun promised here! You will find a big Grocery store, Hardware store, Drug Store, Be Teased Food truck with more live entertainment, shops and more! We are central to many other activities such as fishing, hiking trails, golfing, guided tours at Adams River Rafting, Celista Winery, Sock-eye Salmon Run in the Fall, Evelyn Falls, Albas Falls and of course...Shuswap Lake! Jump on the boat and take a cruise to the Floating store and Pub in the Narrows, a trip to Copper Island or even the Rope Swing!
PARKING:
Parking for 2 Vehicles. Parking passes are provided for the Parking lot use. High season guests are permitted to have one vehicle in the parking outside the unit. Extra vehicles may use the overflow parking areas provided at the property.
SLEDDING - Crowfoot Mountain is one of BCs best kept Sledding destinations! Beautiful 20sq kilometers of back country riding with amazing views of the Shuswap Valley. Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft. This Vacation Rental is about 10 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging area.
